• A clear statement that you want to delete your account

What happens next?

• We will process your request within 30 days as required by data protection regulations
• In most cases, we aim to complete the process within 72 hours
• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
• All your personal data and chat history will be permanently erased from our active systems
• Backup data may take up to 90 days to be completely removed from all systems
• This action cannot be undone
